Privacy Policy
Short, because there is not much to say. We run analytics, we use affiliate links, and we have a contact form. That is the whole surface.

What we do not collect
- We have no user accounts, no logins and no passwords.
- We take no payments and store no payment details.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
- We do not run a newsletter or a mailing list.
What we do collect
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and which links get clicked. This sets cookies and collects the usual aggregate information — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
We also record an event when someone clicks an outbound product link, so we can tell which recommendations are useful. That event records the merchant, the product identifier and the page it was clicked from. It does not record anything about you personally.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy. You can opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics in your browser or extension of choice. The site works normally either way.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you type are emailed to us. We keep that email so we can reply and so we can track corrections. We do not add you to anything, and we do not use the address for anything other than replying to you.
The form includes basic spam protection: a hidden field that real people never fill in, a check on how long the form was open before submission, and a limit on how many messages one network address can send in an hour. None of these track you across sites.
Affiliate links
Product links on this site route through our own /go/ path and then to a retailer, with an affiliate tracking identifier attached. The retailer — currently Amazon — may set cookies to attribute a purchase to us. That is between you and them and is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We never see what you bought, only that a commission was earned. Full disclosure.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for operational and security purposes. Product images are served from Amazon’s content delivery network, so loading a page with a product image on it involves a request to Amazon.

- Microsoft (Graph) — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
That is the complete list. There is no advertising network and no data broker.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. In practice the only personal information we hold is contact-form emails you sent us. Ask and we will delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not expect it to change often.
